Character Chart

Something I highly recommend putting into use is something we call a "character chart." It's an easy way to keep track of information about your character when you begin a new story. Essentially, it helps you keep your facts straight so as to limit instances of a random eye color change on page 156 and a different name spelling on page 231. 

Try and fill one out for your main character and primary secondary characters.
